Shipping Info

Each hat is carefully packed by hand to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Smaller hats are packed in a compact gloss black and white hat box, while larger hats are packed in a plain mailing box.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on box dimensions.

Local Pickup

Pickup can be arranged by appointment at our Potts Point studio in Sydney, NSW.

Australian Domestic Shipping

Dispatch Window: In-stock collection pieces are securely dispatched within 1–3 business days of cleared payment.


Express & Rush Orders: If you require urgent delivery for an upcoming race day or event, please use our Contact Me form prior to ordering so we can expedite your parcel via Express Post.

Tracking: A secure tracking number will be emailed to you automatically the moment your parcel leaves the studio.

Secure Delivery: To protect your investment, all couture parcels are sent with tracking and require a signature upon arrival. Please ensure your postal address details are completely correct at checkout.

Transit Insurance & Liability

All packages are fully tracked and dispatched using reliable couriers. In the rare event of transit damage or loss, the studio will immediately lodge an investigation and pass on the full compensation coverage provided by the shipping network.
