Due to the exclusive, hand-made nature of Jane Stoddart millinery pieces, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or event cancellations. We encourage you to review all item descriptions and measurements carefully prior to purchasing.

Eligible Returns

In strict accordance with Australian Consumer Law, returns, exchanges, or repairs are only available under the following circumstances:

• The product does not match the online description or imagery.

• The incorrect product has been delivered to the one ordered.

• The product is deemed structurally faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Return Window & Process

24-Hour Notification: For any return inquiry, initial contact must be made within 24 hours of secure delivery receipt via our Contact Me page.

Assessment: Each inquiry will be evaluated immediately on a case-by-case basis. To assist with your assessment, please include clear photographs of the packaging and the piece.

Condition of Item: Items approved for return or exchange must be sent back in saleable, unworn condition, secured safely inside their original packaging.
