Within Australia
Your purchases will usually be despatched on the business day following your order, if in stock (see product page). Otherwise despatch will generally be 3-5 business days after order (see How to Order).
Your parcel will be sent by Australia Post Express Post. There is no extra charge for post at this time. Please let us know if you require Registered Post. There is a small additional charge for this.
International
Your purchases will usually be despatched on the business day following your order, if in stock (see product page). Otherwise despatch will generally be 3-5 business days after order (see How to Order).
Your parcel will be sent by Australia Post Registered Post International. A signature is required on delivery.
Please note that you will be responsible for payment of duties and local taxes.
Packaging
All our hats come packed in a sturdy gold cardboard hat box (see Packaging).
